Refund policy

In short
- Single audits: if your first audit report isn't useful to you, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we refund it.
- Agency packs: audits you haven't used yet can be refunded within 14 days of buying the pack.
- Orders we can't deliver: we offer a rerun where possible, or refund the audit.
- Consumers also keep their legal right of withdrawal.
Orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all our orders. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle.
Single audits: our 14-day satisfaction guarantee
If your first paid audit report is not useful to you, email hello@webverdio.com within 14 calendar days after delivery and tell us what wasn't useful. We refund the amount you paid for that audit, including taxes. You don't have to prove a technical defect or point to a minimum number of missing findings.
The guarantee applies once per customer and once per website. It doesn't cover re-audits or audits from agency packs; for packs, see the next section. The full conditions are in section 8 of our terms.
Agency packs: unused audits
Within 14 days after buying a pack of 5 or 10 audits (€349 or €599 excluding VAT), you can ask for a refund of the audits you haven't used yet. We refund each unused audit at the price per audit you actually paid: the amount paid for the pack divided by the number of audits in it. A pack you haven't used at all is refunded in full. The refunded audits are removed from your pack; audits already carried out are not refunded.
After those 14 days, unused audits stay valid until the pack expires, 12 months after purchase, but can no longer be refunded. See section 5 of our terms.
Re-audits
A re-audit (€49 excluding VAT, or one credit for agencies) is carried out and delivered within hours, so it isn't covered by the satisfaction guarantee. If we can't deliver it, the next section applies, and your legal rights below remain.
Orders we can't deliver
If we cannot carry out an audit you paid for, for example because the website can't be reached, we explain the problem and offer a rerun where feasible, or refund the audit. For an agency pack, we restore the credit or refund its share of the price. We never keep payment for an audit we don't deliver. See section 7 of our terms.
Your legal right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days from your purchase to withdraw without giving a reason. If you ask us to start your audit straight away, this right ends once the audit has been fully delivered, as section 9 of our terms explains. The satisfaction guarantee and the refund of unused pack audits come on top of this right; they don't replace it.

- Through Paddle: use the “Manage transaction” link in the confirmation email of your purchase, or contact Paddle at paddle.net.
- Or email us at hello@webverdio.com with your order number or the email address you used for the purchase.
Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method within 14 days, without a refund fee. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show the credit.
