Terms of service
Effective date: 23 October 2026
1. About Webverdio
Webverdio is operated by SmartSolve IT, Torenlaan 5B 1402 AT Bussum. Our Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number is 99658089 and our VAT number is NL005401717B50. You can contact us at hello@webverdio.com or by post at that address.
These Terms govern your use of Webverdio and the website audit service we provide. “We”, “us” and “our” mean SmartSolve IT. “You” means the person or organisation requesting or purchasing an audit. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to agree on its behalf.
You must be at least 18 to purchase the service. A consumer is an individual acting mainly outside their trade, business or profession. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected by these Terms.
2. What the audit includes
Webverdio provides a one-off, automated review of a publicly accessible website. A standard audit checks up to 300 pages and reviews up to 25 selected key pages on desktop and mobile using automated tests and AI-assisted analysis. These are maximum limits; the number reviewed depends on the accessible pages and the scope of your order.
The report covers the areas described when you order, which may include navigation, usability, content, search signals, performance, accessibility, passive security checks, and observations about privacy, legal information and trust. The accessibility section evaluates the 55 WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA criteria as pass, fail or needing manual assessment within the audit's scope.
We deliver a PDF and a web version of the report, including findings, evidence and recommended priorities. You select English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish or Portuguese for the report. Some performance information depends on whether external website-performance datasets contain information for the website.
An audit is a snapshot of the pages and conditions accessible when testing takes place. It does not include implementing fixes, ongoing monitoring, or a later re-audit unless separately ordered. Features advertised as “coming soon” are not part of an existing purchase.
3. Your permission and the audit process
Only submit a website that you own or have permission to have audited. Provide an accurate website address and an email address you control. An agency must have the necessary authority from its client.
You authorise us and the service providers involved in delivering the audit to access the permitted public pages, analyse their content, take screenshots and process the resulting material to produce, deliver, support and check the quality of your report. This permission is limited to those purposes and does not transfer ownership of website content to us.
Our crawler follows applicable robots.txt rules. We do not log in, create accounts, submit forms, place orders or bypass access restrictions. Pages behind authentication, completed checkout transactions and processes requiring form submission are outside the audit. Our security checks are passive and do not include penetration testing.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, private administration links, or confidential or sensitive information that is unnecessary for the audit. Public website content can itself contain personal data; our Privacy Policy explains how that data is handled.
4. Requests, orders and payment
Submitting the request form triggers an email verification message. We do not begin crawling until you confirm using the emailed link. Verifying your email is separate from agreeing to a paid purchase and from any express request concerning consumer withdrawal rights.
Before you commit to payment, the purchase process identifies the audit or pack, its price, applicable taxes and the seller. These Terms and any order-specific conditions are available before acceptance. The purchase is accepted as described in the checkout terms and confirmed electronically.
Paddle acts as merchant of record and authorised reseller for purchases processed through its checkout. The relevant Paddle seller is identified at checkout and on the receipt. Paddle administers the sale, payment, invoicing and applicable taxes under its Buyer Terms. SmartSolve IT operates Webverdio and provides the audit service under these Terms. Neither set of terms removes mandatory rights or a more favourable refund promise applicable to your purchase.
The price accepted at checkout applies to your order. Prices marked “excluding VAT” are exclusive of applicable taxes; the total payable is disclosed before payment. A standard audit, re-audit or agency pack is a one-off purchase with no automatic renewal or subscription.
5. Agency packs and upgrades
Agency packs contain the number of audit credits stated in your order, currently 5 or 10. Each credit covers one audit of one website. Credits may be used for different authorised client websites and expire 12 months after the pack purchase date. They do not renew automatically. Unless mandatory rights or an applicable refund promise require otherwise, unused credits expire without a refund.
An agency pack includes reports carrying your agency's name without Webverdio branding. You may supply those reports to the clients whose websites were audited. You remain responsible for your client permissions, your own services and any changes you make to a report.
You receive a personal order link for your agency. Keep it private: audits ordered through it use your credits.
If you buy an agency pack within 30 days after purchasing a single audit, we deduct the net amount you actually paid for that audit from the pack's net price, with any corresponding tax adjustment. The single audit does not use one of the pack's credits: a pack of 5 then costs €349 minus €99 and still contains 5 credits. The same payment cannot be credited twice or credited after it has been refunded.
6. Re-audits
A re-audit is a new audit of a website we audited for you before, compared with your earlier report: it shows which earlier issues were fixed, which are still open and which are new. You can order it through the link in your report email or on the report page, up to 90 days after the earlier report was delivered. A re-audit costs €49 excluding VAT; for an agency, it uses one credit from its pack.
To make the comparison, we keep the earlier report's list of findings for that period, as our Privacy Policy explains. A re-audit is otherwise an audit like any other under these Terms.
7. Delivery and report access
Reports are normally delivered within a few hours after confirmation and completion of the required purchase steps. This is an estimate unless we expressly agree a deadline. Site size, access restrictions, technical issues and service availability can affect delivery. We will inform you of a material delay and agree an appropriate next step.
We email a private report link when your report is available. You can access and download it for 30 days after delivery. Save your own copy within that period. Report access then ends and report files are deleted under the schedule in our Privacy Policy, subject to the limited retention exceptions described there.
Anyone who has the report link may be able to access the report while the link is valid. Keep it private and share it only with intended recipients. Contact hello@webverdio.com if you believe a link has been exposed. Authorised members of our team may access reports for delivery, support and quality checks.
If we cannot carry out the purchased audit, we will explain the problem and offer a rerun where feasible or refund the undelivered audit. For a pack, we will restore the affected credit or refund its allocated price, as appropriate. We will not retain payment for a service we cancel without providing it. Mandatory rights concerning delayed or defective services remain available.
8. Our 14-day satisfaction guarantee
If your first paid Webverdio audit report is not useful to you, email hello@webverdio.com within 14 calendar days after delivery and tell us what wasn't useful. Include your order number or the email address used for the purchase, so we can find the order. We refund the amount actually paid for that audit, including applicable taxes. You do not have to identify a minimum number of missing findings or prove a technical defect.
The guarantee applies once per customer and once per website. It does not cover audits from agency packs or re-audits.
We arrange eligible guarantee refunds through Paddle to the original payment method without a refund fee, within 14 days after receiving your request. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
This guarantee is additional to statutory withdrawal rights and remedies for non-delivery or a service that does not conform to the contract. The guarantee's 14-day limit does not shorten those legal rights. Existing orders retain any more favourable promise made when they were purchased.
9. Consumer withdrawal and cancellation
If you are a consumer entitled to a statutory withdrawal period, you normally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Any longer period required by law also applies. This period is separate from the satisfaction guarantee, which runs from report delivery.
For purchases through Paddle, notify Paddle using the withdrawal option available for eligible transactions through the “Manage transaction” link in your transaction confirmation email, or contact Paddle buyer support at paddle.net. You may also send Paddle any clear statement of withdrawal using the seller's contact details provided with your purchase. Using the model form below is optional. Send your notice before the withdrawal deadline; contact hello@webverdio.com if you need help identifying the right purchase or route.
If you request the audit to begin during the withdrawal period, we will ask for your separate express request before starting. For a service contract, the statutory right ends early only when the service has been fully performed and the legally required prior request, acknowledgment and contract confirmation have been obtained. Email verification or general acceptance of these Terms alone does not remove that right.
If you withdraw after expressly requesting performance but before completion, a proportionate charge may apply only where the law permits and the required information was provided. Otherwise, no such charge applies. This does not reduce an eligible full refund under our satisfaction guarantee.
Following a valid withdrawal, payments due for refund will be returned within 14 days after the seller is informed, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Statutory remedies for non-conforming services or digital content remain available independently of withdrawal and the satisfaction guarantee.
10. How to use the findings
Reports are generated using automated tools and AI. Our team may check a report, but a human review of every finding is not included unless expressly agreed. Reports may contain errors, incomplete findings or recommendations that need additional assessment. No audit can guarantee detection of every issue.
Legal and privacy observations are general information, not legal advice. Accessibility findings are not a formal conformance statement or certification and do not replace testing by qualified people using assistive technology. Passive security observations do not establish that a website is secure or free from vulnerabilities.
We do not promise a particular search ranking, conversion rate, revenue increase, legal outcome or accessibility status. You should assess recommendations before implementing them and obtain specialist advice where appropriate. These limitations do not remove our obligation to supply the service as described or any mandatory standards of care and quality.
11. Rights in content and reports
You and the relevant rights holders retain rights in website content and material supplied to us. We retain our rights in Webverdio's software, methods, templates and branding.
Subject to payment, we grant you an ongoing, non-exclusive right to use, copy, share and adapt your delivered report for your own lawful purposes, including your business and sharing with employees and advisers. Agency customers may also supply and adapt reports for their clients under section 5. These rights continue after hosted report access expires. They do not grant ownership of our underlying software or third-party content, or exclusive rights in AI-generated material.
Do not present a report as a professional certification or imply that we approved changes you or someone else made to it.
12. Misuse and suspension
Do not use Webverdio unlawfully, submit unauthorised websites, attempt to access other customers' reports, introduce malicious code, evade limits or disrupt our systems or another website. We may refuse, pause or stop an audit where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse, protect security, comply with law or resolve an access problem.
Where practicable, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Refunds and unused credits will be handled consistently with these Terms and applicable law. Suspension does not automatically forfeit your right to a refund or restoration of an unused credit for undelivered services.
13. Liability
For consumers, our liability is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
For business customers only, to the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from an affected order is limited to the fees paid or payable under that order. We are not liable to business customers for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities, to the extent such exclusion is lawful. Related claims arising from the same cause are treated together.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. They do not reduce a refund or repayment expressly due under these Terms or mandatory law, or restrict an individual's statutory data protection rights.
14. Changes, complaints and governing law
The version of these Terms accepted for an order continues to apply to that order. Changes apply prospectively to future orders. We will not use a later update to reduce the scope, credit validity or rights attached to an existing purchase without a valid legal basis and any required agreement.
Please send complaints to hello@webverdio.com, with enough information for us to identify the order and investigate. Contacting us does not prevent you from using other remedies available to you.
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. A consumer also keeps the mandatory protection of the law of their habitual residence where applicable. Disputes may be brought before the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law; consumers are not required to use a Dutch court where the law entitles them to bring proceedings elsewhere.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally possible.
